Ocean Springs Police Captain named First Responder of the Year
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- The Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce recognized Ocean Springs Police Department’s Captain Brian Kestner.
He received the chamber’s First Responder of the Year Award. The chamber says his leadership, dedication, and commitment to serving citizens is what won him the award.
They also say he exemplifies the values of the department and the community he serves.
