New officials take office for Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers

Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers announced their new president took office Wednesday.

Jim Thriffiley took the reins during the first board meeting Wednesday. He will serve as president for a two-year term.

Also elected to office was Charles Britt as vice president, Ann Waller as treasurer, and Sarah Jones as secretary.

Outgoing President Keith Wilson was presented with a plaque in recognition of his leadership.
