St. Stanislaus hosts fifth annual Government Day Breakfast

BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (WXXV)- The fifth annual St. Stanislaus Government Day Breakfast brought local and state leaders together in Bay St. Louis Friday morning.

Mayors and elected officials from across the Coast gathered for collaboration on state issues and to connect with students.

Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson delivered the keynote address, sharing updates from his office and reflecting on the statewide impact of the Ole Miss-Miami College Football Playoff game.

Watson also addressed the importance of strong state and local partnerships.

Educators at St. Stanislaus say they plan to continue this breakfast tradition with local and state leaders in the years to come.
