Residential development in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Historically, outside of city limits in Harrison County, you’d see homes on two to three, even five acres. Recently, we’ve seen more and more sub divisions developed in the county.

There is a debate over zoning, lot size, and affordable housing.

Kenneth Jones with Gulf Coast Development and Design went before the board of supervisors to talk about this. He joins us in studio to spotlight the issues.
