Community support for MGCCC soccer team

PERKINSTON, Miss. (WXXV)- Stone County residents are already coming together to support Landon Perry’s teammates, classmates, and family.

The Stone County Fire Department’s new dalmatian Ruby and her handler spent part of the day on MGCCC’s Perkinston campus comforting those mourning Perry’s loss and delivering breakfast to the team as well.

Perry, an 18-year-old freshman from D’Iberville, was killed in an accident on Sunday evening.
