City of Pascagoula shares update on new police substation

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- City leaders in Pascagoula are sharing progress on a big city project.

Leaders say the East Pascagoula Police Substation project is moving through phase one right now.

The K9 and motorcycle training facilities will be complete by the end of the year, at which time phase two will begin. Phase two includes renovating an existing building on site to house the substation, including exterior improvements.

The substation site is located at the intersection of Chicot Street and Old Mobile Highway.
