Three arrested after search warrants executed in Picayune

PICAYUNE, Miss. (WXXV)- The Picayune Police Department is sharing their special operations department executed separate search warrants this week.

These both happened on Monday.

Michael Cross and Hailey Wilcox were found in possession of a trafficking amount of marijuana along with distribution amount of THC wax and vapes.

Packaging materials were also found with them.

Both have been charged with trafficking of a controlled substance along with two charges of possession while owning a gun.

The second incident happened on South Side Street; Craig Nelson was found in possession of drugs during a traffic stop. Officers received a search warrant, finding a trafficking amount of cocaine at a home along with morphine pills.

Nelson was charged with possession and trafficking a controlled substance.
