Fire at wood pellet storage dome at Port of Pascagoula

Enviva is addressing a fire event in one of the wood pellet storage domes it operates at the Port of Pascagoula.

Everyone on site has been reported safe.

Enviva is coordinating with the Jackson County Fire Department and other emergency and onsite personnel who are responding to the fire.

The remaining pellets are being removed from the dome and the fire is under investigation.
