Agreement reached for Jim Simpson Pier in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV)-Since Hurricane Zeta in 2020, Harrison County has been going back and forth with FEMA over money and design for the Jim Simpson Pier in Long Beach.

The two sides have finally reached an agreement.

The Harrison County Board of Supervisors will put the contract to replace the pier out for bid in September.
