Opioid settlement fund application period now open

The 2025 Mississippi Opioid Settlement Fund Application period is now open.

The announcement came from Attorney General Lynn Fitch on Monday.

This program aims to help the state recover and prevent additional damages resulting from the opioid epidemic.

Organizations aimed at helping those across the state recover are encouraged to apply.

The applications are available through the office of the attorney general’s website now through 5 p.m. on September 19.
