St. Martin alum Tony David named Samford head baseball coach

MSU’s very first opponent of the Starkville Regional, Samford University, now has a new head coach hailing from right here on the Gulf Coast.

St. Martin High School alum Tony David is the next in line after serving as a long-time associate head coach with the program.

He takes over for Casey Dunn who recently accepted the head coaching position at UAB.
