Mississippi Aquarium announces turtle release for April 28th

Biloxi, Miss. (WXXV)- Mississippi Aquarium has announced the release of 9 rehabilitated Kemp’s Ridley Sea Turtles on April 28th.

The release is scheduled for 4 PM on Biloxi Beach in front of Edgewater Mall.

The following turtles are being released:

  • ME!
  • BLANK SPACE
  • RED
  • EVERMORE
  • TORTURED POET
  • DECEMBER
  • FORTNIGHT
  • GORGEOUS
  • SPEAK NOW

Crew from the Mississippi Aquarium will be on site to answer any questions. Biofacts will also be available for everyone in attendance.
