Shrimp season coming to a close on the Gulf Coast
GULF COAST, Miss.-(WXXV)- Officials with the Department of Marine Resources announcing shrimp season will be coming to a close on May 1st.
All waters south of the intracoastal waterway and west of the Gulfport Ship Channel will be closing.
The closure happening at 12:01, just after midnight.
