Gulfport running back Cooper Crosby named U.S. Army All-American!

The celebrations continue here on the Gulf Coast as a Gulfport Admiral is selected for a big honor.

On Saturday, Gulfport junior Cooper Crosby attended the Military Appreciation US Army Bowl National combine in Jackson. The running back was one of two selected to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl with the fastest laser record time in two years with a time of 4.39.

If you’ve seen him play at Milner Stadium, this should come as no surprise with his season total of 1,032 yards rushing yards, 278 receiving yards, and 16 touchdowns.

The Military Appreciation Bowl will take place this December in Frisco, Texas.

Congratulations to Cooper Crosby!
