Singing River Health System celebrates Hospital Week

Singing River pulled out all the bells and whistles for Hospital Week.

This week at each of the Singing River Hospitals along the Coast included employees from clinics, offices, and partners to take part in an appreciation lunch.

Today in Pascagoula over 500 hospital workers danced, ate, and played games. The hospital also invited cheerleaders from Resurrection Catholic School to lift spirits and celebrate doctors and nurses for all the work they’ve put in last year. Singing River Health System CEO Lee Bond said, “If there was ever a year to say a special thanks during Hospital Week, this is the year. Their resolve, their grit, their determination has pulled the community through this and this is just a little pause to say ‘hey thank you for what you’ve done for our community. We love you.’”

Singing River also celebrates their 2021 A rating for patient safety.
