South Side Rydaz Motorcycle Club hosting ‘Cruisin’ for Cancer’ awareness event

For several years, the South Side Rydaz Motorcycle Club has kicked up their stands to ride for cancer awareness.

This Saturday, the motorcycle club will continue their tradition at the Biloxi Light House and riding 45 minutes through the City of Biloxi and ending at the South Side Rydaz Motorcycle Clubhouse.

Registration starts at 10. Anyone can join in and ride.

South Side Rydaz Motorcycle Club President James Hammonds tells News 25 after seeing people run to help fight cancer, they decided to ride to help fight cancer. “We wanted to do the ride. Just do more. I actually lost a close friend, brother, maybe about three months ago to cancer. So, it is in my heart to just try to do better. We need to come up with a cure for this.”

Even if you do not ride you can still donate. Refreshments will be served at the event.
