TRAFFIC ALERT: Overturned 18 wheeler on I-10 E near Exit 20

UPDATE: As of 11:30 a.m., all lanes are reopen.

State Troopers are on the scene of an 18-wheeler crash near Exit 20 eastbound.

There will be intermittent road closures for the next several hours as emergency personnel work to clear the scene.
