Harrison County students compete in Skills USA District Competition

Harrison County Career Tech’s welding and carpentry students took part in Skills USA District Competition.

Each participant placed in their division with carpentry coming in third place, welding placed in second, and welding fabrication bringing home first place.

Students participating in technical math also walked away with first place.

Those first and second place winners will compete at the state level in Jackson early in April.
