Mississippi Aquarium receives 20 turtles for rehabilitation

The Mississippi Aquarium received a special delivery.

A total of 20 injured and cold-stunned Kemps Ridley Sea Turtles were delivered to the facility. The total number of turtles being rehabilitated is currently at 60 now.

The veterinary team at the aquarium is currently working hard to help the turtles return to the water.

Be on the lookout, WXXV News 25 will keep the public aware of when another turtle release in scheduled.
