05/30 Ryan’s “Drizzly” Tuesday Night Forecast

After yet another drizzly lead in to the evening, we’ll continue to see gloomy skies and a decent chance of rain every day for the rest of the week. Tonight will drop into the low 70s, but we’ll see warmer and warmer evenings each night until Sunday. The days will fluctuate some due to cloud cover and rain, but will remain in the low-to-mid 80s throughout the period. Skies will stay at least mostly cloudy, though generally overcast with drizzly or stormy conditions is expected until at least next Tuesday. South Mississippi avoids even a “marginal” threat for severe weather at least over the next 3 days, but stronger storms are expected Friday and Saturday, so we’ll have to wait for the SPC assessment.

Basically, you shouldn’t leave the house with out a rain jacket or umbrella for the next several days, or risk being caught in a quick shower or thunderstorm courtesy of our nearby stationary front.
