Pass Christian community gives back through King Cake Tasting Event

Over in Pass Christian, they held a Mardi Gras Community King Cake Tasting event.

This event was open to anyone as all were welcome to come by and taste king cakes from all over the Mississippi Coast.

After trying all the options, participants voted on which bakery was their favorite.

While this was a fun event, those who attended were asked to donate money or canned goods to Gone Fishing Ministries or the Pass Christian Food Pantry.

This event is just another way for the city of Pass Christian and the St. Paul Carnival Association to give back to the community.

The St. Paul’s Carnival Association parade will roll at 12:00 p.m. on March 2nd.
