El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 46-year-old Johnny Rankin Morris, who has ties to Stone County and has lived in Wiggins, according to Stone County Sheriff Todd Stewart.

Colorado officials on Friday issued a BOLO on a 1994 blue Ford F-150 pickup with a Colorado plate TQQ039 and a distinct “HUNTER” sticker on the left bumper. They believe Morris could be in Colorado or en route to Mississippi.
Stewart said Morris was in Wiggins in July for a court appearance and had lived in an apartment in Wiggins in 2023, when he was arrested by Wiggins Police on domestic violence and kidnapping charges.
Morris could be traveling with 43-year-old Hailey Diane Cole. She and Rankin are considered armed and dangerous and are wanted in connection to a Dec. 19, 2024 incident in El Paso County and a missing persons case for 37-year-old Stephen Walker.
Anyone who believes they have seen Morris are asked to contact the closest law enforcement agency.
