Still chilly 30s overnight into Saturday morning so protect the plants and bring in the pets. Not a Pipe freeze tonight. This weekend our temperatures start climbing back up to warmer weather. Upper 50s and hopefully low 60s Saturday and partly cloudy. Sunday back in the upper 60s and potentially 70. Although rain chances to come back at the Start of next week. The is a Slight risk of Flash flooding for Monday and Tuesday. Seeing the heaviest rainfall at the moment Monday night. Biggest concern is flash flooding for roads in low lying areas or poor drainage.
