Gulfport searching for suspect in a drive-by shooting case

Gulfport Police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting case that happened last week.

Police responded to the 5010 block of West Railroad Avenue about a drive-by shooting on November 15, 2024, at about 3:26 p.m.

Officers found that a vehicle had been hit. Police identified both suspects, who allegedly shot weapons multiple times before fleeing.

The suspects are identified as 22-year-old Paul Martin Jr., is described as about 6 feet tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The other suspect is a 16-year-old.

Martin turned himself into the Gulfport Police on Thursday. He was taken to the Harrison County jail and bond was set at $250,000. The 16-year-old is still at-large and is considered armed and dangerous.
