10/29 Ryan’s “More Fog” Tuesday Morning Forecast
Expect more fog this morning, not necessarily in the same spots as yesterday, but it will spread out a bit.
The humidity continues to rise, leading to warmer mornings and more fog in the days ahead as a front moves in. Unfortunately this front won’t pass through, so don’t expect a blast of cooler, drier air like we saw with our last front a week and a half ago. For comparison, that front had our mornings down into the low 40s/upper 30s across South MS, while lows today struggled to fall below the mid 60s. This afternoon will warm nicely once again, but will be a tad cooler than yesterday, which climbed into the mid 80s. Today’s high will max out near 83, and will see a little afternoon cloud cover as well…something we haven’t seen much of recently. As the humidity keeps rising slowly in the days ahead, expect to see more fog, warmer mornings, and even some rain chances by the end of the week.
Tropics
Still nothing out there at the moment, but we’re watching the Southwestern Caribbean for potential tropical development by the end of the week/start of the next.
