TGI Fridays permanently closes its Gulfport location

On October 6th the TGI Fridays along Crossroads Parkway in Gulfport officially closed its doors.

The Gulfport location is the latest in a string of closures for the restaurant chain, TGI Fridays. Those closures began early this year and were concentrated in the East Coast, Midwest, and the Southeast.

On the door was left behind a sign by the company announcing its closure, expressing its gratitude to guests and team members, and apologizing for the fact there is not another nearby location.

We reached out to the company corporate office to see how many employees were affected by this closure but still have yet to receive a response.
