Biloxi man faces multiple sex crime charges against minor
A Biloxi man has been arrested for the second time in a week on sex crime charges involving a minor.
Biloxi Police say 40-year-old Aaron Costa was arrested September 6 on a touching a child for lustful purposes. The charge stemmed from an ongoing investigation that began in August. The arrest report shows the alleged incident happened in 2022.
He was taken to Harrison County jail and bond was set at $200,000.
Today, Costa was charged with two additional charges — sexual battery of a minor and child exploitation (possession of child pornography).
His bond amount is now set at $600,000 by Judge Albert Fountain. He remains in the Harrison County jail.
