Two Commercial Fishing Seasons To Close

Two commercial fishing seasons will close in the next few days. This according to the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources. The commercial season for spotted seatrout will close at 11:59 p.m. today, in Mississippi territorial waters. The season will reopen at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, June 1. And the commercial season for King Mackerel will close at 12:01 p.m. Sunday, May 21 in Mississippi territorial waters. The season will reopen at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, July 1.
