9/6 – Sam Parker’s “Double Down” Friday Noon Forecast

Thunderstorm chances seem to stay on the gulf as we still expect rain and drizzle for coastal MS. The actual surface low or invest 90L is still well back to the west and about 150 miles south of Houston. as a cold front approaches tomorrow that should push away the showers into the gulf.  Then on Sunday an upper level high comes to the central U.S. to help giving drier conditions but the low in the gulf will still pump moisture from the south.
