Jackson County investigating drive-by shooting in Gulf Park Estates

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a drive-by shooting in the Gulf Park Estates community outside  Ocean Springs Saturday night.

Sheriff John Ledbetter said deputies responded to multiple calls of shots fired in the area of Meadowlark and South 4th Street about 9 a.m.

Deputies found an SUV parked in a driveway that was hit with bullets several times. Shell casings were recovered.

There were no injuries.
