Teams competing in the 16th annual Splashin’ the Coast at the Biloxi Natatorium
This weekend, teams are coming together at the Biloxi Natatorium for a swim competition.
The Natatorium is hosting their 16th annual Splashin’ the Coast all weekend. Teams are coming from the southeastern United States, coming from as far as Arkansas and Texas.
Over 300 swimmers are taking part in the competition as well.
Biloxi Parks and Rec Assistant Director Jamie Lee tells us this is a chance to show off the Coast and the facility. “It just gives us an opportunity to showcase our facility, showcase our area and our team. It gives us an opportunity to bring in all types of visitors and competitors from all over the Southeast United States.”
Splashin’ the Coast kicked off Thursday and will run until Sunday.
