Louisiana man charged with assault for allegedly attacking man with crowbar

A Louisiana man is behind bars, accused of attacking his mother’s boyfriend with a crowbar.

27-year-old Dylan Harris of LaPlace was arrested Sunday in Hancock County. He was taken to the Hancock County jail and charged with aggravated assault manifesting extreme indifference to human life. Bond was set at $10,000.

Sheriff Ricky Adams said Harris attacked his mother’s boyfriend, hitting him in the head with a crowbar when the man drove up on a motorcycle. He was wearing a helmet, but took it off and taunted Harris to hit him again.
