A Mississippi man is suing R&B singer R. Kelly.
Kenny Bryant claims R. Kelly had a sexual relationship with his wife, Asia Childress, and says Kelly knew she was married.
Bryant claims Kelly recklessly interfered with his marriage and is asking for compensatory and punitive damages. R. Kelly has not responded publicly to the allegations.
Meanwhile, Childress has filed for divorce.
