St. Patrick high school soccer star puts pen to paper to play at the next level

Anytime you talk about soccer and St. Patrick high school it usually is followed up with state championship discussion.

A big reason why is senior Linda Mustered, who was named last years state championship game MVP and helped the Lady Irish to back-to-back state championship victories.

On Tuesday, she signed to continue her academic and athletic career at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

After putting pen to paper Mustered spoke on what this decision means to her by saying, “It means everything because ever since I could understand that I could – it was just more than one game on a Saturday – I could be playing for two more years after my high school career it was really something that I knew I wanted since I was young. The fact that it all worked out with the dedication and hard work…it really means everything to me.”
