Remains Identified In 2022 Incident

Happened near Camp Shelby

The remains have been discovered following an incident back in October of 2022 near Camp Shelby.

The victim is identified as Kimberly Hall.

The remains were located in a wooded area near Camp Shelby by Forrest County Sheriff’s Office on October 20, 2022. The remains were sent to the Mississippi State Crime Laboratory for further examination.

After DNA was able to be retrieved, it was sent to Othram Labs. The FCSO was then able to positively identify the victim in this case.
