Woman charged with stabbing man in the back
A 19-year-old Ocean Springs woman is in jail, charged with stabbing a man in the back.
Ocean Springs Police Chief Ryan LeMaire said officers responded to a disturbance at a home in the 3900 block of Government Street on Sunday night about 10:05 p.m.
On scene, they found a man with knife wounds in his back. He was taken by Acadian Ambulance to Ocean Springs Hospital and is listed as stable.
Chloe Eley was identified as a suspect and was arrested and taken to the Jackson County jail, charged with aggravated assault and simple assault. Her bonds were set at 10,403.
