Keesler Joint Land Use Study Workshop: Live Report

If you live near the Keesler Air Force Base, The Gulf Regional Planning Commission wants to hear from you.
The commission is in the middle of conducting a land use study.
The study is meant to look at the economic impact of Keesler Air Force Base along with the experience of home owners or residents nearby.
The commission wants to create a plan for the future development of the base.
Two workshops will be held this week.
But first, they want a conversation where residents can bring their concerns and needed changes can be made if necessary.
One today at D’Iberville City Hall at 4 pm….and one Thursday at the Community Development Building at 3:30.
