Bishop Of Mississippi Welcomes Priest

A new priest at a church smack dab in the center of down town Gulfport plans to better the community. Members of the church, along with Gulfport city officials attended brunch at Saint Peter’s By The Sea Episcopal Church Sunday afternoon. The celebration was to welcome reverend Patrick Sanders as the churches new priest. The tenth bishop of Mississippi reverend Brian Seage (sage) came all the way to Gulfport for the brunch. The Mississippi Bishop tells News 25 because of where saint peters’ is located it could really help people in Gulfport and along the coast.
