Auburn vs. Louisiana Tech exhibition game at MGM Park
Fall baseball returned to MGM Park for the second weekend in a row.
The Auburn Tigers and the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs faced off in a seven-inning double header on Saturday, giving fans of both squads ample opportunity to watch some division I baseball ahead of the 2024 regular season.
The Tigers ended their fall exhibition by sweeping the Bulldogs 5-0 in the first game and 5-1 in the second game.
For one young fan, it was a chance to see some quality D1 baseball. Andrew Wasson said, “It’s fun. My mom told me when I got home from school Friday that we were going to the game and I was happy.”
Auburn begins its 2024 campaign with a series at Vanderbilt on March 15th.
