Purvis man charged in robbery, assault near Biloxi PD

A Purvis man is in jail, charged with robbing and assaulting a man at Biloxi Police Department.

Police say 32-year-old Raymond Goodman was identified as the person who allegedly robbed and assaulted another person while walking to the police station. Officers were called to break up a verbal dispute at the station when they learned of the alleged robbery and assault.

The victim was taken to a hospital to treat a serious injury.

Goodman was charged with robbery and aggravated assault. He was taken to the Harrison County jail. Bond is set at $75,000.
