Lynn Meadows provides Fourth of July fun

There was no shortage of Independence Day activities for children at the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center!

The discovery center welcomed families to a Fourth of July celebration with boatloads of laughter and energy to ignite any fuse.

It gave kids and their parents the ability to create Independence Day arts and crafts, listen to stories on America’s founding, and enjoy special activities across the campus.

One of the center’s instructors says the fourth brings about the perfect day for families to enjoy freedom.

“So much family time happens at Lynn Meadows like we had people come all day because fireworks is sort of a night thing and we close at five anyway,” Ava Suit, an arts instructor at Lynn Meadows said. “So it was like the perfect day activity for all the kids and the parents who have all fourth to spend time with their family.”
