Preliminary Hearing Waived
The man accused of killing a Waffle House waitress in Biloxi waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday at the Harrison County Jail.
The case will now be turned over to a Harrison County grand jury for indictment.
52 year old, "Julie Brightwell" was shot and killed on November 27th…
And, police say 45 year old. "Johnny Mount" was the customer who pulled the trigger.
There were three other employees and six customers inside of the diner at the time of the shooting.
Harrison county prosecutor, Herman Cox, is also referencing security video,
That shows mount shooting the victim in the right side of her forehead with a nine millimeter gun.
Mount is being held at the Harrison County Jail,
Charged with first-degree murder.
His bond remains at two million dollars.
