St. Patrick wins MHSAA 3A, overall all sports award

St. Patrick Catholic High School is this year’s winner of the Mississippi High School Activities Association All Sports award, for not only Class 3A, but the overall champion for the entire state.

This school year, the Fighting Irish won state championships in girls soccer, boys and girls cross country, and boys golf, finished as state runners up in boys and girls swimming, and boys track.

The Irish are tops in 3A for the third year in a row as the only school south of I-20 to win for any classification during that stretch.
