Ocean Springs Arrest

On the 2nd of November 2015, it was reported that Ashley Ann Bandyk, possibly embezzled $91,000 from a victim in the City of Ocean Springs. After investigating the complaint, Detective Sergeant Matthew Morvant, determined that Ashley Ann Bandyk was hired by the victim to assist him in his daily routines and finances that he was unable to take care of, due to his medical conditions.  Ashley Ann Bandyk created a paypal account using a fraudulent business name to transfer funds.  Ashley Ann Bandyk was arrested on 12-01-15, by Detective Sergeant Matthew Morvant and charged with “Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult”.  She is currently in the City of Ocean Springs Jail with a $200,000 bond.
