“Armed and Dangerous:” Search underway for suspect in armed robbery of Gulfport convenience store
GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV) — Police are searching for a man believed to have robbed a Gulfport gas station at gunpoint Christmas Eve.
Just after 11 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24, officers with the Gulfport Police Department responded to a convenience store on 30th Avenue, in reference to an armed robbery in progress.
The suspect robbed employees at gunpoint and fled the scene before officers arrived.
Detectives have named Jeremy Alexsunder Reynolds as a suspect and are actively searching for the man.
Reynolds has an active warrant for Armed Robbery and his bond was set at $250,000.00.
Reynolds is described as a Black male, black hair, approximately 5-feet 8-inches tall, and weighing about 180 pounds.
Reynolds was last known to be in possession of a firearm. Police say Reynolds should be considered armed and dangerous.
