House fire kills one person in Harrison County

We have breaking news tonight out of Harrison County where a fully involved house fire has left one person dead.

According to Fire Chief Pat Sullivan it happened on Vidalia Road near Oak Street in Pass Christian.

Neighbors say crews got to the location around 6 p.m. and believe the fire was coming from trailers located somewhere in the wooded area.

Diamondhead Fire, Harrison County Fire Services, and Pass Christian Fire all responded to the scene.

One Harrison County fire fighter was injured during the rescue and sent to the hospital, but Chief Sullivan says the fireman will be okay.
