NCAA announces further workout guidelines
The NCAA has announced further guidelines for the student-athletes already back on campus for voluntary workouts.
Football players started returning as early as June 1st and on Wednesday that voluntary workout period was extended an additional two weeks through the middle of July.
Starting July 13th, teams will be allowed to require up to eight hours of work per week, consisting of weight training, conditioning, and film study.
The 29-day pre-season schedule will begin on August 7th as previously announced.
