High School Baseball: Long Beach vs. Hancock

Early season high school baseball scores don’t always tell the whole story, but they can at least paint an interesting picture.

On the one hand, 5-1 Long Beach has yet to play a game decided by less than three runs with a seven run average margin of victory or defeat.

On the other hand, 3-1 Hancock has yet to play a game decided by more than one run, having already gone into extra innings three times.

So, let’s see what it looks like when they play head-to-head on the diamond, Bearcats hosting the Hawks for their first of two games against each other this week.
