Aggravated domestic assault arrest

The Biloxi Police Department arrested 27-year-old Phillip Michael Holder of Pensacola, Fl. for aggravated domestic assault.

The arrest stemmed from an investigation where Holder allegedly assaulted the victim by strangulation while in the 1600 block of Pass Road, Biloxi MS.

Once the Biloxi Police arrived on scene, Holder was arrested without incident.

Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain issued the warrant with in lieu of a $50,000.00 bond.  Holder was transported to the Harrison County Jail.
