Nine car pile-up leaves one dead

Traffic was backed up for nearly two hours this morning along Highway 90 after a deadly nine car pile-up.

The incident happened around 6 this morning just before Highway 619 and Hwy 90 eastbound from Gautier.

Sixty-four year-old Charlotte Moore of St. Martin was killed in the wreck.

Others in the crash were treated for minor injuries. Traffic reopened just before 9 a.m.
